Pasifik Teknoloji is carrying out its first export through a framework agreement signed with a friendly and allied country. Opening the door to a new phase in its global growth journey with the export of 100,000 kamikaze UAVs, Pasifik Teknoloji continues to expand with the goal of becoming a player that creates lasting value in the markets where it operates through technology transfer and strategic partnerships in addition to product exports.
Developing end-to-end solutions ranging from defence industry technologies to information technologies, Pasifik Teknoloji has passed a critical milestone in its global growth journey. Through the framework agreement signed with a leading technology and defence company of the friendly and allied country, the company completed its first export in the defence industry, marking a strong entry into international markets. Within the scope of the framework agreement, 100,000 MERKÜT FPV Kamikaze UAV Systems produced by Pasifik Teknoloji, 10 ALPİN unmanned helicopters, 25 DUMRUL mini unmanned helicopters, 500 DELİ Tactical Kamikaze systems and 500 KORGAN autonomous ground support and surveillance units will enter the inventory of the friendly and allied country.
Pasifik Teknoloji Chief Executive Officer Aykut Ferah stated that the framework agreement signed by the company goes beyond a conventional export process limited solely to product deliveries and is structured around a multidimensional business model. Emphasizing that, in addition to the actual export process involving the production and delivery of specific products, strategic partnerships aimed at establishing joint ventures and developing local production capabilities are also planned, Ferah said: “This structure clearly demonstrates Pasifik Teknoloji’s objective of becoming not only a company that exports products, but also a player that develops technology, exports production capabilities and creates lasting value in the markets where it operates.”
“This Is Only the Beginning”
Drawing attention to the transformation taking place in defence industry technologies, Aykut Ferah underlined that the modern battlefield is undergoing a fundamental change. Stating that unmanned systems, autonomous platforms and swarm technologies have now become decisive factors, Ferah noted that Pasifik Teknoloji is positioned at the centre of this transformation and added: “This transformation began with the Russia-Ukraine war. It was reinforced through Türkiye’s operations in Azerbaijan and Libya. The Iran-Israel conflict demonstrated the effectiveness of fixed-wing long-range systems, while kamikaze drones proved their effectiveness in the conflicts in Eastern Europe. Pasifik Teknoloji has the capability to produce all of these systems. Our first export deal has therefore become a very important milestone in demonstrating both our capabilities and our vision. We are receiving strong demand from different geographies and our discussions with the Secretariat of Defence Industries are also continuing. In the coming period, our cooperation with friendly and allied countries will continue to grow. And these partnerships will not be limited solely to product exports; technology transfer and broader strategic collaborations will also come to the forefront.”
Strong Portfolio and Global Demand in Defence Industry Technologies
Highlighting that Pasifik Teknoloji has been increasing its competitiveness in the global market through the unmanned aerial systems, autonomous platforms and integrated solutions it has developed for the defence industry, Aykut Ferah stated that the company’s broad product portfolio, ranging from rotary-wing unmanned helicopters to kamikaze UAV systems, as well as its capability to simultaneously develop three different UAV technologies, are among its most significant advantages in global competition. Ferah also underlined that, in the field of information technologies, Pasifik Teknoloji operates across a wide spectrum ranging from cybersecurity and biometric identity solutions to travel technologies and financial technologies. “We Aim to Expand Our Export and Cooperation Network at SAHA EXPO 2026”
Explaining that Pasifik Teknoloji will showcase both its current product portfolio and next-generation systems to the international arena at SAHA EXPO 2026, Aykut Ferah stated that the company aims to expand its export and cooperation network. Ferah said: “The unmanned systems and autonomous solutions developed by our defence company TİTRA offer an integrated structure that addresses the needs of the modern battlefield with swarm technologies and high-precision operational capabilities. During the exhibition, we will also present our broad defence technology product portfolio to the international public. We expect this portfolio to receive strong global interest at SAHA EXPO. In addition to our existing products, we will also unveil two new systems at SAHA EXPO 2026: DELİ-S and KORGAN-M V2. These systems provide a significant advantage on the modern battlefield with their autonomous mission capability, ability to operate in electronic warfare environments, swarm technology and high-precision strike capability.”
Providing detailed information about the DELİ-S and KORGAN-M V2 systems, which will make their debut at SAHA EXPO 2026, Aykut Ferah stated: “DELİ-S is a loitering kamikaze UAV system capable of operating both individually and in swarm concepts, featuring hand-launch capability, GNSS-independent mission execution and high precision. It has a range of 35 kilometres and an endurance of 30 minutes. The product has a cruise speed of approximately 80 km/h and a dive speed reaching 200 km/h. Equipped with a 2-kilogram warhead, the system has a maximum take-off weight of 10 kilograms. KORGAN-M V2, on the other hand, is a ‘drone-in-a-box’ system capable of 24/7 operations, featuring automatic landing, charging and a high level of autonomy. It has a charging time of 30 minutes and a landing precision of less than 10 centimetres. Offering 12-kilometre local and LTE communication capability, the system can record up to 400 hours of video footage. KORGAN-M V2 can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +55°C.”
