The Doral Miami-Dade County Police Department in the state of Florida has incorporated SARSILMAZ’s SAR 109T submachine gun into its duty inventory, while also launching a test and evaluation program covering the SAR9 Gen 3 Frontline series.

In addition to the SAR 109T, the department has initiated a comprehensive test and evaluation process covering the SAR9 SOCOM Compact, SAR9 Full Size and SAR9 Gen 3 Frontline series pistol platforms. Developed on the field-proven foundation of the SAR9 family, the Frontline series was designed to meet the operational requirements of law enforcement agencies with features including tritium night sights, an optics-ready slide structure, an enlarged magazine well and increased magazine capacity.

The presence of the Trump National Doral Golf Club, associated with U.S. President Donald J. Trump, further positions Doral as a strategic center not only in terms of local security requirements, but also regarding representation, protocol, protection and rapid response capabilities. Within this framework, the inclusion of SARSILMAZ products in testing, evaluation and inventory processes in the region is regarded as an important step increasing the company’s visibility in the U.S. law enforcement market.
