Blitz Technology, a fast-rising Turkish defense company specializing in electro-optical gimbal (stabilization) systems and image processing solutions for unmanned aerial, ground, and naval platforms, has reached a significant milestone in its global growth journey. The company has refreshed its corporate identity in line with its vision and expanded its international operations by establishing Blitz Technology Inc. in the United States.
First Exports to Four Customers across North America
Carrying high technology designed and manufactured in Türkiye to international markets, Blitz Technology quickly gained momentum in North America following the launch of its U.S. operations. Within a short period, the company completed its first UAV camera exports to four different clients in the region. Negotiations for new contracts and partnerships are ongoing as the company advances toward its goal of becoming a permanent player in the North American market.
From Domestic Programs to the Global Arena
Blitz Technology is not only making inroads internationally but is also playing a critical role in Türkiye's domestic defense ecosystem. The company has successfully fielded indigenous payloads developed for unmanned aerial vehicles and weapon systems and is currently exporting its products and technologies to more than 15 countries, including the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Canada, South Korea, and the United States.
The "Seeing Eye" of Unmanned Systems
At their core, the systems developed by Blitz Technology serve as the advanced "eyes" that allow unmanned aerial, ground, and naval platforms to perceive the battlefield. These high-technology camera systems span a weight range from just 250 grams to 7 kilograms and are deployed across a broad spectrum of critical applications — from border security and critical infrastructure protection to anti-drone systems designed to intercept kamikaze drones. Developed entirely in-house, the hardware delivers continuous night vision capability, automatic detection and tracking of moving targets, and uninterrupted intelligence and reconnaissance capability for security forces in the field.
