SIPER — Long-Range Air Defence
SIPER is Turkey's long-range surface-to-air missile system, developed in the Roketsan–ASELSAN ecosystem. It targets the upper tier of layered air defence alongside HISAR and low-altitude systems.
SIPER fits into the Steel Dome (Çelik Kubbe) concept — an integrated Turkish air defence network against aircraft, missiles and drones.
